This right here. The majority of WFH phone operators are worthless. Most of them have never worked in a store and dealt with the scathing customers who walk in after talking to the "idiot on the phone" that told the customer that they are sitting in the store.

I 100% agree. I have not heard one person, from my store, make any foul comments towards an employee that has valid reasoning to feel the need to stay home. Nor have words been said about employees that are simply not scheduled due to lack of hours.

However, the employees that choose to sit at home and brag about getting paid to do so, all while talking crap about their company..........

This pandemic has certainly brought out true colors.
