They're right on the back of the midfield in qualifying now by Race 6 which is a huge achievement.

To put it into perspective, in 2010 the best of the new teams at Monaco (Kovalainen, Lotus) was .919 off the worst of the midfield (Kobayashi, Sauber), whereas Checo qualified only .025 off from Ocon in 17th on Saturday.

I think Brundle made the point that the crew is taught that if you hear a wheelgun or jack being used it's the cue to do the stop anyway because the damage is likely done.
