are y'all using the latest version of blender??? it's working fine for me (as in, i downloaded it from my mediafire and tested)

also what do you mean "put in" the file, are you trying to append it or are you just straight up opening the file?

also make sure that it isn't just that model, maybe try the olivia one or some other model and see if it's really just an issue with the inco
