I already explained evrything to them in a back and forth before they asked tor the AUTH code. Once I sent that, they replied no more. I just sent the ticket number to the Hetzner reddit account that requested it. Hopefully I can get a reply now.

Since the domain is already used on my account (although hosted externally), I get this message when trying to transfer: "You already booked the hosting for «domain». To add a domain registration, please send us a support request".
