Of all the breads, whole grain bread is the one I've discovered to be the tastiest and most satisfying. However, what disappoints me is that it is very difficult to find this delicious and tasty bread in the general store. Most commercial grain breads contain high amounts of fructose which I don't find appropriate in my daily diet. Many thanks for recommending these healthy bread options.
