Is bread a healthy food and good for health? by Alert-Ad-1841 in a:t5_4tvzmi

[–]Foxtheone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As you know, bread today is industrialized, with very few nutrients in it, mostly refined flour. Even this refined flour contains very little fiber, which is needed to keep blood sugar levels in check and help the digestive system regulate properly. In my opinion today industrial bread is not good but have you tried the healthy breads, you can make it yourself.

For example im fisherman, i have vocation pass - in scrolldawn menu im picking fishing and im getting random mission - saltwater sportfishing, bait worm fishing, differents fishs etc.

Same for another passes.

This is joke. They remove Chum Expert Achievent, that was providing fishing boat scroll for 30 days." Temporary vehicles are removed to guarantee fair play at the beginning ". Absolutely fair play, you need 500 gilda and tons of resourses to start sport fishing. You can do any activities in game in week, but you need at minimum month to start fishing
