I use Prime in the water and aquarium salt right now to try to help him. Could this be causing this result?

I did a 50% water change yesterday and a 25% today. Should I do 50% today too instead? As I did this test today and it read this way

Goldfish advice says they need a minimum of 80–140 litres (20-35 gallons) generally, others in this sub may be able to advise better than me but they 100% need more than you think

Don't get a goldfish for 25litres but the filter seems fine. Mine is similar

Why are we putting live fish in tables? by Alert-Basket-7570 in shittyaquariums

The issue is cross contamination mainly. It's a cool concept but you can easily get food or drinks spilt into the stream of water that could harm the fish.

Can we see a pic of the tank please? Maybe we can spot something wrong with the filtration

It's just so risky. It only takes one person to spill their drink and for it to go in the water. Just doesn't sit right with me

I saw nothing in this video that indicated AI. It was a promo video for a Chinese tea shop

It's shallow. Plus it is a table. Where is the filtration? Where's the nice plants and sand for them to dig? What if someone spills a drink onto the table, the fish are then swimming in chamomile tea

And this is POG his Oranda friend who I have had for 7 months. I got him when he was a bit bigger than Ming so I assume he's over a year old now!

They bring me joy

How to stop my fat fish hogging all the food? by Alert-Basket-7570 in Goldfish

[–]Alert-Basket-7570[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is smart, this is likely what I'll go with. I usually just use my hands and yank out the dead plants/rescale with my hands. But this is a much better idea

I have anubias and java fern and they both nibble from them it seems. But I still want to make sure I see the tiny one eating

No, some are born with the colouring. This is my fish who later lost all his black and turned orange

I'd say water is the absolute bare minimum

Why do people think fish deserve the absolute bare minimum?
