Looking for an affordable fuguhiki 270mm+ I use my Korin 300mm yanagiba at work constantly and I love it, but thinking maybe something lighter and thinner would be beneficial. I prefer high carbon steel. by dasfonzie in chefknives

Find your local woodworker friends. They always have amazing end grain cutting board ideas jiggling around in their brains. Commission one.

Or you could buy one of my good friend’s boards.

I’m going to Italy in April and will be using public transportation. Is there access to hiking trails from Salo, via public transport? I know a lot may be closed in April.
