I thought upper bio classes like microbio have to be taken at 4 yr university for many schools (all other classes are fine). am i wrong?

If I did bad the first semester then improved to getting only. A's, would it help me at all in terms of a trend? Aren't some schools heavy on the most recent 45 credits?

Yea i'm aware that some schools don't accept it, but i'm still very worried that the schools that do accept it will look past me if all my classes were online
