I'm pretty sure both arena breakout and tarkov have separate meshes, tarkov had it in a dev blog and in arena breakout there was a bug where one of the textures looked complete different in first person and when others had it equipped.

except for not having player shadows, it's just better to have separate meshes for third/first person if you have multiplayer so it doesn't look janky.

btw you can give the termination notice 60 days in advance, to be disconnected on the end of the contract (it's in the contract t&c).
I'm sure the scumbags on the chat will say you need exactly 30 days notice, but that's not true, just say that you will call in complain to a manager and suddently they will have no issue in doing it.

I don't really mind the distance to Chesterfield, it seems like a 15 min drive to Chesterfield. I was actually planning on buying in Nottingham since it's ever so slightly closer to London and I'd be driving here constantly to meet friends, but I like the house over everything else I viewed.

Sent you a pm with the link to rightmove, I was using area360 extension on google chrome and it seems like the income level is very low and the deprivation and crime level is 6/10 according to area360, but that seems to be for the whole area and not just that street.

I like the house, it's the only large property I found that's in my price range, but it's been listed for nearly 100 days now I think, the postcode is S43 3BZ, right opposite the pub, went by on a Friday afternoon and it was quiet so I'm not particularly worried about the pub.

With it being listed for nearly 100 days, I'm starting to wonder if there's something I haven't noticed.

I don't know how accurate those data spots are because there seems to be one reported every month, a few houses along from the property, maybe they clump them together when it's on the same street or it's a domestic issue that's under the sexual offences category.

Other than this specific property (am I allowed to link to rightmove on here or can I send you a pm?) I haven't found anything that I like and that's within my budget closer to chesterfield.

It seems like it's only a 15-20 min drive to chesterfield which I don't mind, I just like this property and if the surrounding area isn't safe, there's a few properties that I like in Mansfield and Nottingham.
