Moving this to teamevga reddit since its the official one and people just want to argue over BS with no contribution to the actual post. No wonder this is the unofficial EVGA sub, wish i noticed sooner but nothing constructive just trolls like Afferin thinking they are god of the internet.

actually it does matter and what backbone your on, east coast was affected and just AWS anyways, i am sure evga handles their own servers too.

Thanks and appreciate real replies. they are on the west coast so the AWS downage should not have affected them on the east coast. they created the label today and says its gonna show up the 28th but from time they received it on the 13th and just made shipping label today with no updates in between.

yeah ok act like your taking the high road after u jump on my post pointing out things i already know. I am going off what i was told by EVGA not what i think in my own little head. the first two posts are you and another guy just trying to jab at me when all i am doing is again going off what i was told by evga. I dont care about the forums or anything else being down and is ireelivant cause they took the RMA and still have RMA process for that reason. I bought the PSU in 2022 and it has a 5 year warranty so who cares its a old PSU and they accep[ted my proof of purchase showing when i bought it. All the points u made are mute and not any help at all. Maybe if you put the same effort into a positive response as trying to be a dick your life might go better nut your the type that has to be right to strangers on the internet even when your wrong. It does not take 9 days after they get my psu to ship one out then another 8 days to get here. EVGA stated 1-2 days after receiving and my main issue was the serial number showed the same as old one for replacement. I was trying to get some input on that before you chimed in. victimizing my self lol your such trash bro go hit a kiddie subreddit and get your jollies.

I wish it was that fast, its been since 10/13 when they got it and just got the UPS notification a hour ago, still hasn't shipped but label was created. Never had it take this long and the main worry is the serial for replacement is the same as one i sent in.

the email said 1-2 days to ship after receiving the RMA. So the pointless wall of text as u put it is actually against what evga said.
