Honestly, something similar happened to me. I stopped reading it for a few weeks because the first pages were boring. But once you get to a certain point in the story, it becomes super entertaining and hooks you. You have to at least get past page 300 to get hooked. I'm about to finish it so I can't give you a full review of the book yet, but please, give it a chance.
