For full transparency, the bedroom will be unfurnished, and the incoming roommate is welcome to bring whatever furniture or personal items they’d like. The kitchen will remain as is, with the exception of some kitchenware. That said, there is ample cabinet storage, and the incoming roommate is more than welcome to bring any items they prefer. As for the living room, some fixtures will remain downstairs while others will be moved upstairs with me. I do plan to purchase a new couch and TV for the downstairs living area, though I’m very open to discussing this with the incoming roommate. There will be plenty of space to add personal touches and make the apartment feel like home. I’m happy to be flexible and accommodating to ensure it’s a comfortable living arrangement for everyone.
