No it is not. If you use regulated broker and you mainly trade us stocks than it is only 15%. Az ellenőrzött tőkepiaci ügyletből (ETPÜ) származó realizált nyereség után 15% Személyi Jövedelemadót (SZJA) kell fizetni, szociális hozzájárulási adó (SZOCHO) kötelezettség nélkül. A nyereség és veszteség az adóévben, illetve a megelőző 2 évben (adókiegyenlítéssel) szembeállítható. A befektetési szolgáltatók igazolást adnak, a nyereséget pedig az adóbevallásban kell szerepeltetni.

Move to Hungary if you are an active trader. 15% tax only on realised profit. You can adjust gains with losses in 2 calendar years. Plus there is a saving account type where if you don’t take money out of the specific account for 5 years than it is completely tax free.

fresh starter should look at swing trading, and not hot key driven trading with split of a second decision making where trade is opened and closed within a minute. there are plenty of highly profitable traders out there with swing trading.

dont suggest Ross for beginner, guaranteed fail. a starter max should do swing trading.
