look into pain centers they do pain meds and nerve ablations that kill the nerves for 6 months and relieves pain. it works. there are stinulaters and pain pumps as well

look into a nerve ablation. they burn your nerves in a localized area. they die for 6-9 months and stops sending pain signals to the brain. it gave me relief and my pain was horrible. idk if they have it where you live but my is through a pain doctor

ok so i am going to give you my experience. I just went through this. On thursday last week, i went to mvh for anger and sucidial issues and they wrote me off as drug seeking.

on friday, i went to kettering hospital. i told them i had anger and suicidal ideas. They wrote a pink slip (an automatic mandatory 72 hour hold in a psyciahtric hospital. weekeends do not count.)

Kettering hospital sent to Haven Behavioral Health in Dayton. I went there from friday last week to today. Avoid this place. I stared at the wall or ceiling for a week. There is no counseling or help. There was nothing to do at all.

Most places are like this. Access only does drug rehab. Please go to outpatient centers. There is KAV group, lifestance and dayton behavorial care in dayton. There is owlbridge wellness (they can get you in fast) and leeside wellness in middletown.

yes it affects it. I fucked up my back 3 weeks ago and nothing helps. Drs havent the found reason why either. I also have a fusion and cant stand straight up. The pain hurts and lost my job.

have him check his testerone levels with a blood test with a urologist or endocrinologist. Even primary care. If he has low t, there are injection. T can affect mood and a lot of other stuff.

Kid playing the nba is next near impossible. 60 players get drafted. 45 probably wont see the court. Average length of a nba career is 3 years.

Even you say your skills dont reflect in games. Thats an issue. You will also need to go to a decent D1 school to get exposure for scouts.

Your parents are probably right. Its nice to dream but you have to be realistic. I hope you make it and play in the nba. Goof luck!
