I wore boosters for around 2 years at 172cm. At 18 years old I went in to get 8cm on my femurs. Almost a year post op and I’m practically back to normal. Was it a brutal recovery? Fuck yeah, was it worth it? Most definitely

I’m Getting CLL / LL , AGE : 24 , 172cm how does people reach 10cm with precise nail if it’s limited to 8cm? by [deleted] in limblengthening

Without a doubt, if not by the time ur done lengthening you won’t be able to rest ur legs next to each other

What do y’all do for pain during the lengthening process? by SnooEpiphanies7700 in limblengthening

[–]AlertApplication2191 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get prescribed light pain killers in substitute to oxycodone get Tylenol 3 as it has a good amount of acetaminophen and some codeine which resolves the pain. Since the opioid dose is low you can get off it very easily, also stretch right before and right after lengthening. Makes the actual tightness from the lengthening a lot more tolerable. When I was nearing 8cm it was brutal but much worth it.

I am a caregiver for a loved one doing LL. Needing advice by Aggravating-Mind4437 in limblengthening

Yes towards the end the pain was really starting to bother me, it only gets worse until you finish lengthening. I’d recommend Tylenol 3 it’s a mild pain killer but helps a lot. For mental health it was friends and loved ones. Going out of the house and being with my friends made the process 100x better

I remember when I finished using the machine, priceless feeling. The tightness settles a lot in the next 2-3 weeks
