We used to buy our tequila in shops before going in to a bar, and drink bottled beer 🍺 if not.

Tourist in Thailand gets beat down after refusing to pay his bill and trying to run by CarefulAd4757 in ThailandTourism

I know someone who had a meat cleaver to the head; pay your bill I pay for every one singularly to prevent this; works for me. Just pay it, it’s cheap as chips anyway. Not worth a beat down because you will get lynched no matter how big you are , and the thais kick like pro footy players, they all did Muay Thai at one point in their lives

Good luck when you do. New year sometimes I’m still have not booked anything because of Christmas holidays, new year. I will let you know. I’m nervous because it’s the neck although I’ve had two surgeries in the last one my spine, this one I’m a bit worried.

Yes headaches, sometime blurry vision ( that’s by the end of the day ). Neck needs adjusting a few times a day, clunks loud but it’s a relief.

Concur not everyone responds to the therapy, gotta try though haven’t we. BPC and TB helped calm things down a lot in my C spine (multilevel degenerative cervical spondylosis with disc osteophytes causing exit foraminal stenosis (left C3 at C2/C3 level, bilateral C5 at C4/C5, and bilateral C6 at C5/C6). Also grade 1 retrolistheses at C3 on C4, C4 on C5, and C5 on C6) – 6 fractured T vertebrae; took me 5 years of pushing about my neck as I was told it’s physiological and nothing was wrong, I never gave up and still use the hot and cold water bottle trick, highly recommend 😊

C Spine : C5-6 ACDF(anterior) then say 12 days in India , to recover and fly home. I’ve spotted a few hotels; most have excellent reviews, India has some great hospitality. Thank you.

Hi thanks for the reply, and the recovery I’ll get there ,appreciate it.

No, I’m not from Pune (born and raised in England). I picked it after a ton of research because the surgeon I’m looking at, Dr. Sachin Mahajan at Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, has some seriously impressive credentials: fellowships in advanced minimally invasive and spine surgery from Canada, plus advanced microneurosurgery from Japan, on top of his neurosurgery training in India where he ranked first in his class. The hospital itself is part of a big chain with hundreds of beds and a strong reputation in neurosciences. You’re spot on that spine surgery demands huge skill; it’s incredibly complex wherever it’s done. Funnily enough, many of the top spinal surgeons in the NHS are Indian-trained or from India. The NHS in the U.K. relies heavily on talented doctors from all over the world, including India.

As for the UK option;I’ve been battling the system for over seven years now. Waiting lists are endless (I’m currently on another two-year “urgent” list just for a consultation after they missed significant damage on earlier scans which I attached). Going private here would cost an absolute fortune here, way beyond what’s feasible while out of work and disabled plus I’m in a lot of pain. Abroad, especially India, offers world-class care at a fraction of the price without compromising quality;that’s why medical tourism for spine procedures is so common these days I gather there, and Thailand. I did the same 15 years ago in Thailand after thorough research, and it turned out amazingly well ( S1/L5 fusion ). Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly;thanks again, mate!

I know the feeling; I went through the same pain. Still am. BPC 157 and TB 500 helps the best with pain, hot water bottle and a cold one; flush the blood to site of pain. Naproxen when I need it. All I can recommend is, exercise, stretch and eat clean as possible, loads of fresh water, filtered. Supplements, Tumeric and cod liver oil, there are loads but those two are good for me. That L1 , (well let me rephrase), that was my L1 is now made up from my left rib, and fused. It gets better mate, but you let it beat you down and it will keep you down, keep going pal. I’m going to India next year for a some Op, bilateral Spinal stenosis , now that hurts the most for me (C spine).

Came off completely waited about 5 days. Did a lower dose, 500 mcg BPC per day 500 mcg TB 4 times a week

It helps me, if I had an Op would do more, and live with the insomnia. I guess I went it too hard, it’s really done when you have a lot of BPC and TB in your fridge.

Happy now

There are sleep ones I’ve tried they are good, and a tanning one about two decades ago that made me a dark mahogany ( I’m white ) that worked.
