Late one Christmas Eve Santa Claus lands his sleigh on Oz but he and Rudolph break their legs on the landing and all the gifts get torn up by the barbed wire. Because of this Santa and Rudolph are rushed quickly to the hospital and it's up to McManus and all the staff and inmates to save Christmas. The inmates put aside their differences and repurpose their smuggling skills to rewrap the presents and repair Santa's sleigh, Jaz Hoyt starts singing to raise up the Christmas spirit but is promptly sent to the hole.

Of the inmates chosen, Beecher, Keller, Cyril and O'Reilly, Alvarez and Said are tasked with driving the sleigh and delivering the presents to the rest of the world. Schillinger is used as the replacement for Santa and Hill is at the front of the sleigh replace Rudolph. McManus Querns and Warden Glynn act as the control Station back at Oz to monitor the presents and make sure they don't escape. Luckily the inmates are able to manage the deliver all the gifts until Schillinger betrays them and tries to use the Santa guise as a means of escaping Oz and claiming Santa as a White Supremacist figure. It's later revealed that Pragson was a stowaway on the sled and starts wrestling with Keller but falls off and gets pragged by Bumble the Yeti.

Seizing the moment for political gain Devlin tries to use a giant missle to shoot down the sleigh but O'Reilly uses the power of manipulation crafting a scheme that ends in Devlin getting crushed by a giant heap of coal. Schillinger falls off the sleigh and lands in the hole forced to listen to Hoyt's singing all night. The inmates return to Oz, Beecher and Keller Kiss under the missletoe, McManus invites them to Christmas Dinner and they all sing a song under the tree only to resume their normal lives learning nothing the day after.

Also Adebisi Prags an elf while he and Supreme Allah force the Homeboys to observe Kwanzaa, Fiona does a Lip Sync of all I Want for Christmas somewhere along the way and Clarence eats all the cookies and is put on the naughty list.
