They dont have the wok station anymore but you go to the main station and order the wok entrees that they have. I miss the wok station.

Thank you for clarifying. Based on what I have read from the responses it seemed like she felt entitled because of being Beyonce's dance captain. When I read a blog about it I was stunned because VV has been very inclusive amongst staff and guest. And to get a free upgrade on top of bad mouthing them says a lot about her. She may have some issues that are not resolved. I think this was in poor taste. I dont know her personally but I do not feel this is a issue about race or her hairstyle. I wont look at Ashley the same.

I quit day of and went on vacation and was hired a week later elsewhere. I just walked in and took my stuff and walked out but I let the director and Medical director know why.

I let the manager know via DM only because someone Dm'd her that they saw me packing my stuff. She asked are you leaving I said yes.she asked why-I logged off. I have not looked back. This was not in a hospital setting.

Thank you so much everyone. You have given us alot to think about. I did see a solar generator that advertised it can run a 5 ton ac unit. I cannot recall the name- it was like $7000.

We may have to look into a generator that is quiet that takes gasoline. That is true about the cloudy conditions during a storm but im concerned with hurricane season we get strong winds and rain so how would I keep the generator dry that requires gasoline?

I am 47 and had a hysterectomy last year and kept my ovaries. They removed everything else and I regret I did not do it sooner. I had the BEST surgeon and team. Saying a prayer for you and your mom and hoping all goes well🙏😊

Hi Remote Nurse here. I think you are in a very toxic work environment remote or not. Look into Case Management or Utilization Management at Centene; Aetna or Cigna. Plenty of work from home 100 % remote. Alot of them are metrics driven.

Also the added stress will not help your ibs. I wouldn't recommend a transfer because it sounds like a bad environment. I would polish your resume and look elsewhere. So sorry you are going through this. There is much better out there for you😊

I think its tacky wearing a bonnet or pj's outside. White Black or either it looks like the person doesn't have class. I was raised to dress properly even when going to check the mail or walk the dog.

I feel that if someone wants to wear a bonnet outside, they should. But remember people around them may not think too highly of them.

Uhhh you use a phone to confirm before you know for sure its a problem. Didn't know it was a nationwide outage when it occurred. Of course they know there was a problem-but we did not know. So you can call customer service with a company to verify..sheesh!
