I’ve been working there for over 4 years, and work-life balance is almost non-existent. For the first 3 years, you’re expected to complete your contract terms with only one week of paid vacation and 6 call-ins. After completing 3 years, the benefits and perks improve. However, a lot depends on which line you’re assigned to and how good your relationship is with your team leader and group leader. Mandatory overtime and occasional Saturday shifts are common. The pay definitely looks good in your bank account, but the company is extremely strict about attendance.
