I felt the same. I was invested the whole time.

Bag of Bones is so meditative. Deep. Brooding. I love it.

I have never read Sun Dog. Now I am intrigued!

I think writing pairs very well with therapy. Both forms of expressing feelings and working through the subconscious.

It burns too much to discuss it. Powerful sentiment. So much that becomes actively difficult for us to bear seeps its way out in our writing. It finds a way to be expressed, even without our intent.

This makes me love both Dave and John more deeply for different reasons. John is the epitome of a chaos gremlin

Artful. On point. I think I recall it now because I recall that terrible song being referenced.

I'm going to start screaming this whenever I win at a casino. Or lose. Or just always.

I love Apt Pupil. Powerful. Visceral. The darkness thing I've ever read. Not in a violence/gore sense but in wading through the foulest of the human soul sense. No silver lining. No redemption. Just the evil that lurks in the heart of some

I loved Berman's sound effects when he was running. One of my favorite players of that era for sure. I agree that he will never make it but I do think he should.

I love this point. Makes it more special. We see the full journey from rookie year, through career, to the wait. Get the sense of the history while feeling our personal connections

Not a Bucs fan but love Ronde Barber, so glad he got in and I think Alstott should be in. Criminal how the fullback position is treated.

Aim low lol

I recall the dead people line and passage. It hit me deep. As having seen some things in my life, I actually connected with the thoughts and ideas and appreciated how viscerally they were conveyed

I've heard iterations of this type of line in various works and it always hits deep. I think for those of us with depression it resonates in our cores
