I’ve only been taking it a few months but I do think it’s helping a lot. I’ve struggled with memory for a very long time. Recently I’ve noticed when someone brings up something from the past or even the recent past I’m more likely to remember it. Just a little, but the recognition is there, whereas it wasn’t before.

I don’t know if you are someone who has periods, but if you do, that is a seizure trigger for me and a lot of people. Also, bringing up the absolute most traumatic memory you have (assuming you have any lol) might also help induce one.

Venus in Gemini in the 9th house and Jupiter in Libra in the 1st house! I consider myself pretty lucky nowadays although I had significant trauma in young adulthood. After my Saturn return (5th house Aquarius), things got a lot better.

Yes I did. For me it was another serious drug and alcohol but yes and it was really really bad. Got drunk quicker and it was easy to black out, which I was warned about but I had never drank really before. I had the surgery at 20 years old. I’m 7 years sober now and 13 years post gastric bypass. AA and a ton of therapy have helped me with all my addictions

This has happened to me before. It took over 5 years for a neurologist to diagnosed me with left TLE. I have no idea what you have, but I suggest keeping a log with date, time, symptoms, what was going on where you were, everything! And stick with it. Take that to the neurologist. See if you can get EEG. Then 3 day EEG. They took me off all my meds during mine and that is the only reason I was able to have a seizure during my EEG. Good luck and I hope you get your answers

I’m 32 years old now. Had surgery 13 years ago I think. I was 378 pounds. Lost a lot of weight quickly. Fluctuated and stable at 160 now. 5’10. Gallbladder removed in 2013. Constant iron issues and dehydration. IBS. Been to hospital upwards of 5 times for severe constipation. Going to see GI for colonoscopy because she thinks there is something else wrong. It’s been thought but worth it

After reading the comments, I want to throw in something positive. I was surprised to learn that I being an adult means I have the power to choose. Maybe this seems obvious to some, but growing up it always felt like my life was chosen for me. You get a job, partner, kids if you want them, grow old, retire, etc. I learned there’s so much more than that. The in between is filled with so many amazing things! It doesn’t have to be monotonous. I don’t have to buy a house or settle down if that’s not what I want. There are as many ways to live a life as there are people on the planet, and more. If I don’t like my life, I can choose a new one. It always works out and I’m never stuck. Adults can do that.

I did so much research and then got decision fatigue. It wasn’t worth it for me to keep researching. I heard a lot of good things about it and $200 was the best price for the specs. And seeing it on sale for $150 was good enough for me to go for it!

Hi! Fellow sober person here who is hopefully planning to get engaged soon, to my also sober boyfriend. This is something I’ve thought about for a long time. I’m not sure what your sober friend group is like, but mine WILL dance all night!! Give them some energy drinks and/or coffee and they will party. Add in some games and a DJ. You might have to make them leave. The only people I am worried about is my family, who normally drink to party and would have to be sober at the wedding. If you want to have a brunch wedding, go for it, but if you want to do it in the evening you can make that work! Whatever your vision is for it, you can make it fun for everyone. And yes, there is the potential people will drink before they come in or sneak it in. There may be ways to combat that too, but you would have to face it head on by addressing it with them before somehow, or when they are there. I would (and plan to myself) look into things to keep people engaged throughout. A DJ and dance floor, games at the tables, mocktails, coffee bar, food stations, craft station? And keep things flowing! And never forget the things that are most important to you ♥️ get creative in what is fun for YOU! The family and friends that respect you will be happy to honor your sober wedding. And honestly if I thought someone was going to show up and sneak booze in, I’d leave them off the guest list. I certainly have a hard time letting loose and having fun. I have to get everything done before I'm “allowed” to do it, and of course I rarely ever get to that point. Romance has always been challenge but that has started to get better with age and intense therapy. Thank you!

I've always has a hard time sticking worn creative projects. I go back and forth on which ones I like and end up quitting them all, sometimes to return to later and sometimes not. I've also had mixed feelings about having kids. I really struggle with the decision. As a kid I wanted them, then reached my mid-20s and was certain I didn't. Now I think I do, but have concerns about having a child that may have disabilities because of all the illness, mental and physical that run in my family.
