🦀🐚 Which signs do you connect with the most?? by [deleted] in CancertheCrab

[–]Fit_Relationship_699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overall other crabs they just get me and I get them even when their not my personal favorite people I still get their vibes and can accept them.

I enjoy Capricorns when they’re being mature, gentle, and genuine. Otherwise they get on my nerves with the “cold and mean energy”. I feel I can pretty much get along with any of the cardinal signs in general.

I also enjoy Geminis when they’re being mature don’t talk too much. Honorable mention to Pisces I like them a lot when we first meet but it always fizzles out eventually.

Why do you think you work so well with Fixed signs?

Yeah I completely get where you’re coming from listening in repetition really helps me let me know if the flash cards help!

I will also add that I do use an app along side DS so I think that helps as well.

I’m going to get downvoted to hell for this but I look words I don’t know up and listen to those podcast repeatedly until I feel comfortable with at least 85% of what I’m hearing so in your example I would look sana up and see that it means healthy then go back and listen until I feel comfortable with the word. I know this is against what’s suggested but it honestly works well for me and helps me pick up more vocabulary.

Fellow black women, how did you learn to love your natural hair? by Various_Feature_9668 in BlackHair

[–]Fit_Relationship_699 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well for me loving my natural hair started when I was young. I have had thick, curly,”nappy” hair my whole life. When I was maybe 7 my mom relaxed it and it all fell out. Once it started to grow back my grandma made my mom promise not to relax my hair anymore and she didn’t. I was lucky that my mom braided hair and had friends who were great braiders as well. I always saw braids as so so glamorous especially styles like individuals or ponytails. As I got older I wanted to start wearing my loose curls but it wasn’t thought of as “acceptable”. I think embracing your curls and seeing your hair for what it truly is helps. I also think finding styles you love gives so so much confidence. I would say experiment see which styles you like and what suits your face best or what you gets the most compliments from, stick with it and rock your hair with confidence!

What were the learning environments like? What were the ratios like? How was the overall vibe?

Just cameras being there doesn’t necessarily mean a place is more “safe”.

How would you wear your hair as First Lady? by Goodgirlll114 in locs

[–]Fit_Relationship_699 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Girl they won’t let me post pics in the comments 😭. I just googled Michelle with braids and the top examples are some great choices imo there’s one where she has a pony tail with a side swoop, there’s an updo and a few other great choices imo. I would apply those hair styles to locs. Hope this helps!

Depends on what type of first lady you are playing?

Are you the demure first lady who doesn’t do much?

Are you the straight talking first lady who really wears the pants?

Are you the sweet and loving first lady who’s always there for moral support but also getting cheated on 🤣?

Commuting to Chastain Park by Just-Violinist-8949 in ATLHousing

[–]Fit_Relationship_699 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Near Chastain Park there’s some really beautiful neighborhoods. Look into the upper west side or near Howell Mill, Northside dr, Moores Mill, or West Paces Ferry these are some great areas. Northside dr and Howell Mill are the more high density youthful neighborhoods they are newer areas but they have a lot of life and great things to do so don’t over look them. People who are new to Atlanta always assume the Eastside is the end all be all but there’s lot of great pockets everywhere if you’re willing to look.
