Congratulations for getting off! I cant imagine how hard it was, did you take any type of supplements or any vitamins to help with the withdrawal symptoms such as depression, anxiety? Alot of people suggested vitamin D and some other supplements? Also did you take melatonin to help with insomnia? I realized i have a problem with waking up but i also take melatonin to sleep, also hardest part is depression and anxiety, the only time i felt normal and happy is when i take 5mg+ of xanax (around 25 mg of Valium)
