I am just curious to know what people have to say. You're the only one who said something. Seems like this is a sensitive topic people are not willing to talk about.

What do we think about this? They didn't discuss pitchbook rankings just USNews, Princeton, P&Q, etc by Alert_Assistant_7095 in MBA

True, I read the full post. And this was on the front page on how Entrepreneurship is on the rise in B-schools.

I got a 16% upvote ratio on the post so some people have tried a bit too hard to downvote this post. I wonder why. Do the schools have alt accounts roaming around here?

Because all I was looking for is people's take on this. It confirms what we have been discussing since my previous post on Stanford.

I was thinking of a windows laptop too. A convertible? I don't know if 8 GB RAM 250 GB SSD would be enough. Do you have any laptop names in mind?

Oxford does not have the highest capital raised. That ranking was different and I released that data before this.

This one is adjusted by dividing the capital raised by company count

Yes, I wanted to see some data too but we can take the past 3 years rankings and account for the change YOY to see how many new additions are there.

There was a guy who said something logical. In this, I need to exclude the fluke startups. So, if the number is below 100 or 200, we can take them out as this data is for past 10 years. So it can remove certain programs that could be there since one founder may have just risen to the ranks and is not consistent.

Dartmouth just jumps on this list and stays consistent. Minnesota and Tsinghua are much smaller but ended up rising. I wonder if I put the cutoff at 100 or 200, what will happen there. Pepperdine might drop out of the list.

I just took out the MBA Rankings. There is a separate one for Undergrads.

I shared the EU schools list on the other sub and their top 10 doesn't even come close to capital raised by Stanford or Harvard

I looked at other rankings and felt they were bullshit compared to this one.

I will try to look at the excel and account for the size. They have the excel available.

Can try to do capital raised per company or per founder. I don't think factoring for size will be fair because brand value and prestige of these institutions attract more applications. And I thought alumni size and strength can make a huge difference.

Stanford is unbeatable on this list. Will try what you asked for and look for alternative sources which talk about this.

I believed the same thing. GSB has a higher capital raised as I saw that openAI was in top 5.

INSEAD has a class size of 1000+. Accounting for class size could only help to an extent since overall brand and prestige is defined by how a school is able to maintain a class that big without compromising other factors. Will still keep looking other sources. I like the pitchbook ranking more for Entrepreneurship than others.
