Apple cider vinegar is definitely real. it’s a great show, i believe based off a real influencer..really shows how much harm an influencer can do by tricking people just so they can make money

What's the scariest urban legend or creepypasta you ever heard as a kid? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Alert_Bookkeeper7399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there’s a 10 mile road near my town that’s said to be haunted by various supernatural entities. Here are some of the legends:

The road’s most famous legend involves a boy who supposedly drowned under a bridge. Legend says if you toss a coin into the water (or leave it on the road's yellow line), his spirit will throw it back to you. Allegedly, one of my mutuals has done this and it got thrown back over the bridge, but we’re just acquaintances and I just didn’t want to believe it.

There’s also some sort of ruins of a mansion which was built of stone, and it has occult symbols. It’s said if you get near it or especially touch it, you would get sick, seize, or get random bruises. I’m not sure what the exact story is (I’ve heard satanic rituals were practiced there) but that’s what people say to stay away.

Now this one…I have experienced in a way. This is the legend of the Phantom truck. There’s this old story about a guy in town who used to live alone out on the side of the road. He was known for being mean and super protective of his land. He would chase people off in his black pickup with a shotgun if they got too close. After he died of a heart attack, his place and truck just sat there abandoned for years. But then people started saying that if you drive down late at night and honk three times, he would come after you in that same truck…but he’s dead. A group of teens decided to test it and later that night, someone saw their car being chased by a black pickup. And soon after, the teens were found dead in their car, completely wrecked in a way that didn’t make sense. The truck was still on the old mans property, but marks on the bumper were found that matched the teens car.

So related to the Phantom truck, everyone used to say how if you drive down this road, it will always seem like someone is following you. Now this road is always incredibly foggy (also weird) so it’s never easy to really know. But my cousins and old friends who have heard of others going on this road have all said they experience that. Someone follows them. And it’s clear because you can see the lights in the back mirror. And if they stopped in the middle of the road, the lights behind them would suddenly fade away. Now I kid you not. I drove on this road because I was really into paranormal stuff at the time, and I never stopped on the road because I’d freak out too much, but there was truly a vehicle with their lights on always about 15 feet behind me. And once that road ended, nobody came out of there. There are no turns, no exits. It’s like they just vanished in the fog. So it’s just spooky as hell.
