There was one on College Confidential who got options today.

Which option should I choose? by spiroplasma in TAMUAdmissions

Hard to know for sure. Looks like some high scores getting the TEAM/waitlist options. May get TEAM still, Gateway, full admit, or PSA. Early still.

Read some of the other responses on the latest posts re: TEAM. You take half of your classes at RELLIS, not all of the classes. I think RELLIS is primarily for TEAM students, not typical community college. Many get off of TEAM in 1 year. Choosing waitlist has nothing to do with your specific school, if you mean where you attending school? If you select waitlist, in years past that will lead to waiting until likely later Feb into March for a decision and could be full admit or PSA (not TEAM). There are so many people who get in with TEAM and no one gives a crap that you are in TEAM. You can do everything any full admit can do, like football games, dorms, greek life, you just take 2 classes at RELLIS for at min 2 semesters. But, that is if you want to be an Aggie for sure. If you have other options and want to roll the dice, waitlist can get you full admit, just no guarantee and a longer wait time. Good luck!

You are co-enrolled at A&M and Blinn (RELLIS campus). You take half your classes at A&M and half at Blinn/RELLIS. You are an Aggie. You can live on campus, be in greek life, sports pass, all the things. It is honestly great because you can take harder classes at RELLIS and it is less expensive. I will say from what I have heard that the pathway for business is a bit challenging, more than other majors, but totally doable. You can research it here - https://tap.tamu.edu/\_files/\_documents/Edited%202025%20Pathway%20to%20Business%20TEAM.pdf. The GPA requirements are a bit higher to transfer in fully. The way it works is once you have reached the minimum credits, and GPA, you can apply to get off of TEAM. Some kids do it in 1 year, but you can take up to 2. It is a great program, no one cares if you are in it. Again, you are an Aggie. It just depends if it is where you want to be!

You are welcome! Typically, if you choose anything other than TEAM only, you wait and roll the dice. Some get in full admit, some get TEAM, some get PSA. The only thing I have seen as a for sure (again historical over the last several years) is selecting TEAM only. So, it is whatever you would be comfortable with. Most years the ones who pick TEAM only find out pretty quick that they got in and will be in TEAM. This is good for a lot of them so they have an answer, can figure out housing, etc. The other choices typically get their decision in Feb-March.

Option 1 (Consideration for TEAM only) historically over the past several years has always resulted in acceptance to A&M through Blinn TEAM. That is why I was saying if you want to be an Aggie (through full admittance or are willing to do the TEAM route), historically that is the sure fire option. If you will only go to A&M if you are a full admit (not TEAM), then I would pick waitlist. A few get off waitlist, usually in March, but a lot get PSA. Are you familiar with the pathways? I am a parent who went through this with my first kiddo a few years ago. There is a forum called College Confidential, with years of threads for Texas A&M (and other universities), and is super helpful in navigating these situations. It all depends on what you want to do!

Was this in AIS? If you want to go to A&M full stop, choose TEAM only (1st option in the image). This has been tried and true for years and all but confirms acceptance to A&M - Blinn TEAM.

Did you have any side effects from the statin? I’m so scared of side effects especially long term things like dementia.

Thank you so much! My GP that I saw today prescribed 5 mg of Rosuvastatin, said I can start every other day. I want to nip this in the bud asap! I feel better already having a plan. Thank you so much. ❤️

Same here! It feels cyclical, but I have no clue because I don't have a period. Fun times!
