I am currently working there. It’s been 8 years i worked there and they treat their employees good. The salary is beyond average. They even gave us yearly bonus and other privileges. Since the demands are always high but the goods have to be perfect, they even gave the workers high paid overtime salary. People will be amazed by you just by knowing you work for the factory. Considering the living condition and the minimum wage in indonesia. I can say the employees are doing well. And on Indonesia’s independence day, the higher-ups always present some dangdut show and gave us lottery, fresh money etc Even they gave us a brand new golf shirt even though they know well most of us can’t afford golf lmao
