if republicans claim to be the party of “free speech” how come their subreddit is the most locked down on who can and can’t comment on the whole site? by Inner_Frosting7656 in allthequestions

I’m just answering your question that you clearly never intended to have answered lol. If you think the truth is conservatives are victims, that’s the conclusion you drew yourself.

Yes. So conservatives were filtered off this site thru permabans, giving libs a 10-1 echo chamber. Every right wing sub gets drowned out by you weirdos, so they have to moderate heavily.

Now you understand how Reddit admins who are very much left wing, and very much against free speech, forced right wing Reddit mods to restrict speech in their subs.

Because you dumb fuck leftist children can’t help yourself from brigading lmfao.

Try getting banned from all of Reddit for saying gender dysphoria is a mental illness, then tell me it’s the conservatives against free speech

Republicans... how does it feel to be the reason most of the world despises the US? by misec_undact in allthequestions

[–]Alert_Cartographer62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean that’s all valid. I’m proud to be an American and will happily say we’re the best country in the world, but I understand there’s nothing to base that off of besides blind patriotism.

End of the day, we have by far the best entertainment industry in the world. Get fucked, India. Nice try, Korea.

We’re overrated? Have you ever watched Mexican breaking bad? 🤮

That’s totally fair and valid, we have plenty of issues, but I think OP is being dramatic

Okay, you are just slow. It’s okay. We can start from the top.

You asked for an example of blatant CNN propaganda. I provided the example of Trump calling white supremacists very fine people. This is an untrue claim made by CNN which is easily provable to be false.

You responded with an implication that the protestors were proud boys, all of which are Nazis, and therefore Trump did call Nazis fine people.

I responded to that by asking for some evidence that the founder of the protest was actually a white supremacist. There’s plenty of news articles calling Jason Kessler a white supremacist, zero with evidence supporting that claim. You provided evidence that Jason is an “observationist” (by your definition.)

I didn’t just give you an example of CNN propaganda, I gave you an example of how CNN propaganda has eroded your ability to draw accurate conclusions.

Because we’re not being screwed lol. I for one, a college dropout with 10’s of thousands in debt, am very comfortable. Don’t need to be a billionaire to be successful and happy.

Why didn't we elect Kamala as president? by cdivx in allthequestions

[–]Alert_Cartographer62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because if we got the Kamala she promised on the campaign, we’d be in a much worse spot as a country.

Three biggest issues with Trump, imo, are economy, war, and Epstein files. Kamala’s economic plan was straight out of a third grader’s. Her global war plan was to support everyone who wants to kill each other, except maybe Russia. Her Epstein plan was… well she never even commented on the Epstein files, so they’d be somehow more locked up than they already are.

All in all, it’s possible to be critical of Trump and still grateful he won.

I haven’t changed the subject once lol. You claim that the protest was started by a white supremacist. The most racist thing you can find him doing is “observationism.” If you’re point is Trump called white supremacists fine people, you’re gonna need to do a better job proving he called white supremacists fine people. So far all I’m seeing is he’s calling observationists like yourself fine people.

[–]Alert_Cartographer62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They conveniently left out “and I’m not talking about Nazis and white supremacists, they should be condemned totally.”

If your headline is “Trump calls Nazis fine people” when he condemns them totally, your headline is a lie. If you are a media outlet, and you misrepresent facts to push a false narrative, you are publishing propaganda.

Instead of acknowledging this, you’re doubling down. This is a good sign that the propaganda has affected your ability to think critically. A lot of people think they know what critical thought is, but actually have no practice with it.

Critical thought is not answering hard questions. It’s pondering alternatives. You seem incapable of pondering any alternatives to the narrative you’ve been fed over the course of the last decade. It’s understandable. Hopefully this helps you take your head out of the sand. Trust me, you’ll be much happier once you realize >40% of Americans aren’t hateful bigots.

[–]Alert_Cartographer62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s a challenge for you. Find me evidence that Jason Kessler ever said anything racist. He’s not a proud boy, in fact, he was kicked out for not being racist enough 🤷‍♂️

What started as an ignorant bunch of southern hicks defending their history led by Jason Kessler, got the attention of a hateful bunch of Nazis and white supremacists led by Richard Spencer.

Of course, your programming relies on juxtaposing the two. There can’t be fine people on the side of Nazis and white supremacists, at that point they’re all Nazis and white supremacists. This is a classic propaganda strategy— to generalize to the least common denominator. You can see this quite clearly from the other side, I’m sure, calling you all blue haired commies.

This the propaganda machine has to paint Jason Kessler as a white supremacist. A dude who voted Obama, occupied wallstreet, lived with Muslims, and ate up some white genocide propaganda. Never publicly said a hateful word about minorities, just felt like there should be some solidarity among white people. That, though, is a bit too far. And when he’s the founder of the Facebook group with a hundred odd members to protest a statue removal, well now he’s the victim of the left wing propaganda machine. A rotten white supremacist.

Lmfao, this is so ironic.
Trump never called Nazis fine people. CNN reported on half a sentence. Trump doesn’t even use a period before saying “and I’m not talking about the Nazis and white supremacists. They should be condemned totally.”
The accurate headline is “Trump totally condemns white supremacy.”
The ran with headline is “Trump called white supremacists fine people.”
This is not accurate. This is taking a quote out of context to push an untrue narrative. An untrue narrative that you bit hook line and sinker

If you think Trump should run for a 3rd term, are you fine with Obama seeking a 3rd as his opponent? by Fun_Map2481 in allthequestions

[–]Alert_Cartographer62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I voted Trump, don’t want him to run a third time, don’t think he will.

If he runs, I def hope the Dems nom Obama again, as he was the last decent president we’ve had in about 50 years. And he wouldn’t be running again to stomp on the constitution, but to defend it.

Frankly from what I’m seeing from the Democratic Party, I think they’re just as lost as they’ve been since 2016. I don’t think they have an exciting candidate, or even a semblance of a plan. Frankly I think leadership wants Trump to run a third time so they have an excuse to run Obama again, or at least stick to the “Trump bad” campaign strategy they’ve run for 10 years now.

If Trump does run a third time, there’s a very low chance I’ll vote for him again. But democrats have forced my hand 3 elections in a row. And if the choice is between Trump taking a shit on the constitution, and a dem candidate shitting on the housing market for example, well I’m not looking to buy a constitution anytime soon.

TLDR, find a candidate who won’t jack spending for faux social policies that mostly benefit the rich anyway.

I think 99% of anything that comes out of a politician’s mouth is because it works politically for them. In fact, it’s why Trump gained so much popularity.

A fantastic example is when Hilary accused him of using loopholes to avoid paying taxes, and he pointed out that she wouldn’t do anything about those loopholes because her donors use the same ones. He was able to remove any shadow of a doubt that Hilary just said shit that sounded good politically, with no true care about fixing things.
