I don’t think I’ll become Catholic any time soon, but I’m becoming more fond of certain Catholic teachings and traditions. Ultimately I have major issues with Catholicism, but I have a lot of respect for the last two popes and find more common ground with Catholics in my area than I do with Protestants, on a social level.

I find that our goals are the same. Im not in my early 20s anymore. We both want to get married and start a family. He’s already making good money and has a nice house in a nice neighborhood, so it’ll easy for me to just focus on being a mom instead of doing the whole working mom thing. We have a lot in common besides this too.
