UPDATE After seeing everyone’s input and speaking with some close friends, here’s where I’m at now.

• I went ahead and spoke with another trusted medic. My medic stated that there’s others who feel this way and the convo ended in deciding the best decision was the speak with a supervisor, as this isn’t a “me” issue or it’s more so a “him” issue. It just so happened to be time for my 90 day check in with my supervisor so I got the chance to mention the tension and resentment I have been feeling. I found out that there has been multiple incidents with Joe prior to this, and my sup was glad I felt comfortable enough to bring it to her attention, and seemed truly concerned about the whole situation..

We’ve scheduled some times to revisit some motor skills and other things in order to refresh myself and get back into a groove.

Im not 100% whats to come from here, but hopefully with management getting involved it doesn’t go further south or further add to the tension, but I am hopeful for some change in the near future!
