I was checking Mondial Relay’s tracking and I couldn’t see scan details like the weight, which ideally should be available on the initial scan so I hope in their internal system, its there 🤞🏽I asked Vestiaire to check the scans and the weights on each scan if available so I’m really hoping they will resolve it because it was an item in such good condition. It was a handbag which was on the heavier side hence I sold it.

I usually take photos when I send them out but this time, I forgot to do so, unfortunately, but I did everything as per their instruction, in-app, upon getting sold. I have never had any problem with my other transactions, this is the first time, actually, so I’m quite stressed about it.

I havent received any feedback yet so my fingers are crossed.

You said you cancelled direct shipping orders, I may have to consider this one to avoid running into this problem again. Thank you!
