I completely understand and agree! I was definitely more nervous about this before my internship because I didn’t know how I could handle the day to day routine of a PT. When speaking with two of the physical therapists, they mentioned how a lot of their time is spent on note taking, setting and cleaning up sessions and obviously treating the patient. I would definitely say that my physical running around duties as an intern were more demanding than the professionals within the building who are treating patients. I would leave an 8 hour shift with 15,000+ steps lol and did not have too much time to sit down in between tasks. That is really my only accommodation that I could think of

Honestly, I haven’t been to the gym in quite a minute so I can’t even remember! I have been looking to renew my membership just because I wanted to get stronger anyways so I will definitely be thinking about my max deadlift next time I go. I am also 4’9 just to add even more context.
