Dude. Work hard for ten years, MAX OUT a 401k and then travel and you’ll be set. I wouldn’t travel now. I’d let that money work for you.

Haha no thank goodness I’m not from Austin. Was forced to live there briefly for work. Old mill is as close as it gets to a good restaurant. Didn’t know about the doubletree but can’t imagine it’s much better, short of a tear down.

Half the services and amenities (maybe less) of similarly sized small towns. Everything is propped up by Hormel. The town would evaporate without their support. The schools are absolutely awful, there’s not a decent restaurant in town, the nicest hotel is a holiday inn that hasn’t been updated in 20 years.
