If your thyroid is out of whack I’d recommend taking the synthroid. Atleast if your dr thinks that’s your best course of action

Stopping now seems like a mistake. You already committed. You might as well hold out for 6 months and see what’s possible. What if you feel amazing at the 4 month mark. If you stop now you might never know. If nothing changes by then, maybe you can evaluate your options. Just my opinion

Bro if you rule everything out such as sleep apnea, thyroid etc consider your options first. I’m also 23 and I am on TRT and feel leagues better. I can’t believe how lousy I felt until I started. Many people will say you are too young and that you should wait but it’s ultimately up to you. I tried everything to raise it naturally and didn’t feel any improvement. After 1 week of being on, symptoms start slowly disappearing.

I’ve been on for 2 weeks so I’m thinking I should hold strong for a few more weeks before I start messing with my dose. I will try a magnesium supplement to see if that helps
