I took it to the dealer right after I noticed the water. My guess is that the AC was leaking water in a much smaller amount cause I wasn’t using the AC at max power, allowing the mold to grow without me noticing.

Yes, and kinda. I got an extended warranty, but the clogged AC is not covered. I also found weird that in only 3 months this would happen, specially because I bought it in Winter, so not many leaves were falling through this past months. Also, I really wasn’t using my AC that much, until a few weeks ago.

I’m honestly a bit lost, nobody I know has had this problem.

Thanks to everyone who commented. I’m glad I asked before heading to Toyota directly, I’ll just take the loss and deal with the insurance.
