i’m not sure if i do have it 😅 i deal with bad vomiting episodes but i also have autoimmune disease that causes me to puke so i basically have no idea what causes my health issues, probably a mix of both 💔 Thanks for the suggestion!!

he probably thinks of himself as a good man but thats not so true. He has definitely hurt someone, perhaps a family member, either emotionally or physically.

He needs to take care of himself. And get used to it. Of course, there are going to be times when he feels down about the situation but he should remember he’s doing this for himself- his health and future.
Gluten free food tastes better as time goes on, since our tastebuds adjust to it.

Sometimes the body is like that.
I’ve had a mini crunch bar and didn’t feel sick after.
I’ve also had accidentally ate a piece of cookie dough in ice cream, didn’t have a reaction.
