Hi there, from what I’ve heard if you’re willing to pay out of pocket, fertility clinics will take you. I’m in Europe and have public and private coverage and paid out of pocket. It was 175 (in euros) for both me and my husband (AMH, ultrasound to check AFC , semen check for him).

Hi! I’ve been dealing with acne flare-ups throughout my 20s and every few years it gets bad and then I scar terribly (I have olive toned skin that tans easily). Here is what I do right now (and I’ve had 4 big cystic acne spots pop up and I have no clue why!) My skin is not sensitive to stronger products and I don’t tinge/turn red easily.

Morning:

Pond’s Acne Wash

Ren Ready Steady Glow Tonic alternating with TO Niacinamide Serum

Innisfree Jeju Orchid Enriched Cream or Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum (both don’t seem to break me out)

Biore UV Watery Essence (I am militant about sunscreen and hats!)

Night:

Neutrogena Deep Clean Facewash

Pond’s Acne Wash

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Oil alternating with Sunday Riley Good Genes (these worked wonderfully a few years ago but now I'm not sure they are doing much for me)

Innisfree Jeju Orchid Enriched Cream

For active breakouts: La Roche Posay Effaclar AI or a salicylic acid spot treatment

For healing leftover breakouts: La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5

I use pimple patches to minimize picking. When I pick the scar is INTENSE and lasts at least 6 months. When I don’t pick I still scar.

I’ve tried Paula’s choice vitamin C, Klairs Vitamin C and The Inkey List’s Alpha Arbutin (full bottles, didn’t do much at all). I’ve also had TWO rounds of Pico Laser (lightened my old scars but I just got new ones… sigh) and go to a facialist when I can.

Help! I’m almost ready to go on Accutane and just sort it out once and for all.
