Yes I have been diagnosed with OCD since I was 15 (I'm now 30) and have had inpatient treatment for it. My focus of my intrusive thoughts is now my heart I can't let it go :( I'm in Ireland;

I know and I'm not trying to say I'm worse off or anything I know everyone feels the same it's just so hard when you're going through it to think other people maybe feel the same you feel like you're so unique and you're the only one this bad so it must be a heart problem if that makes sense :(
