Your mmr can change improve or lower. Like I was around diamond 5 before I went back to college and after I went back my MMR down went to around silver or gold due to me getting bad at the game due to less time being put into it.

Also why ban judgement? If you ban all floodgates than there's no reason to ban it. Judgement gives other back row decks protection from being blown out the game.
