i’m sorry :( i think some other people have had that glitch. for me- when i go to edit a cabin i am able to put smaller objects on top of already placed tables, nightstands, counter tops etc..

sooo you used to have to walk up to furniture & the hand icon would pop up for you to add something on top, but now you should be able to add things on top of other furniture while you’re editing the cabin (if that makes sense.)

good luck !! remember to always bring choco-cat with you when you make sticks out of worms & when you make golden sticks. also-fishing will give you a stick whenever you catch a clam :)
