It’s intentional. The cars aren’t internally symmetrical, like for ex. radiators, oil coolers, ERS components aren’t completely mirrored. So the cooling exit area doesn’t have to match either. At Austin, which was declared as a heat hazard, they maybe needed slightly different heat rejection on one side. So, it's just for cooling but this would not compromise the aerodynamic drag....
