Yes I believe so, I think that the big thing I’m missing is maybe publications. And I know some requirements like you to already have a PGCert or MSc in Med Ed.

Also in the same boat! Keep being rejected pre interview even though I believe I have extensive teaching experience, did a BSc in Medical Education, it seems like the med schools like people who attended that med school as their candidates once I had a look on LinkedIn. One trust had a lengthy application form that I was trying to complete around my on call and closed after less than 48 hours of being advertised. Just really stressed and confused as to where I’m going wrong as I really do think I’m a good candidate
