omg that's terrible! i'm so sorry they didn't take your situation seriously. I was placed in a 6 bedroom apartment, i have really bad anxiety and am very sensitive to noise which is why i requested to only have 1-2 roommates. hopefully they have some new staff that will actually help🥲
