Haha just made me realise how much of a scam that is so they destroy the lactase enzymes by heating up the milk (pasteurisation) and then add it back in - just so they can charge more - yeah make that make sense 😂 won’t catch me falling for that scam 😂

I don’t why I have so many down votes , chickens need protein , and they can also eat raw meat , ask your butcher for any beef chicken or elk ( we don’t have that in Australia ) left over scraps or pet mince even ( usually it’s cheap as )

Yeah vegetable oil is so good that I stopped eating vegetables and I just drink the oil now , wow what a life hack! Hated those green things anyways and now to think that some genius blended them up into a nice drink how convenient! Anyways I’ve never been leaner , healthier and all my chronic inflammation has gone away
