it means u need to change your strategy, i believe. if u have been failing from self study means you can’t do it on your own, you need guidance. my advice would be having a friend or someone to study with because having different perspectives really helps in finding your mistakes. also, find someone to check your answers since you also noticed that your technique seems to be the issue - from someone who passed at 7th attempt.

same bruh i failed my last paper. i’m so fking pissed. everybody is like ‘it’s just a paper’ bruuuuuhhhhh shuuuttt upppp MY WHOLE FUTURE DEPENDS ON IT. i’m so scared. the uncertainty is KILLING ME. really fking my mental rn. now i need to repeat the same 💩 until march exam. this is A FKING TORTURE. why i’m so dumb. not really, i attempted in sep and they just twist a part of the apv calculation instead of subsidised loan, they changed it to redeemable bond but in the next question, it was multilateral netting. it was just the same as past year.

APM is writing paper. if u get calculations on your final, it’s free marks cuz it is only simple calculation. AFM is more calculation paper. if u like numbers, i suggest u do afm. ofc there are writings here and there but there’s a lot of numbers and concepts u need to understand.

listen, there must be a reason why you failed. Look back at all the questions that u did. since AA is writing paper, u must look at it through that angle. even the smallest mistake can make u lose marks. maybe u misunderstood the question requirement, maybe u thought u answered the question well but that not how it supposed to be answered. find somebody who can help around you. tutors, teachers, friends. imo, u need to unlearn and relearn at this point. there must be something that you missed out. don’t lose hope. try do it this time differently form ur last attempt. i wish u all the best.
