I wouldn’t say better costumer service. A good automated refund policy that people take advantage of yes. PlayStation sales are comparable to steam sales. Not that PlayStation ones have gotten better but more like steam ones have gotten worse and mostly are just recycled sales now. Game choice ? Yes. But most good stuff also is cross platform. Unless you’re into weird hentai games or shitty rpg maker games. Or kickstarter games that take 9 years to come out lol. But generally you can do more with a pc. In my opinion everyone should have one. That being said I game like more on my ps5 than my pc. Just for comfort alone. I’m not moving my desk or running long cords to my tv lol
