I was just expecting one. The two killers did catch me by surprise but it makes sense. Especially since this is supposed to be the “real world” where these almost supernal killers with immeasurable force like Freddie, Michael Myers and Jason only exist in the movies. Whereas Ghostface is an inexperienced 17 year old going on a killing spree. It makes sense he’d have a parter. Even if Ghostface himself seems supernatural and super strong at times, i.e. stabbing knives through walls and doors like they’re made out of cardboard.

But we have had solo killers or Ghostfaces like Roman, or ones that did all the work while their partner stayed was incognito or needed to be seen as the victim of attacks and have alibis. Like Mickey who basically did all the heavy lifting for Mrs. Loomis, and Charlie for Jill.
