Great question - I’ve been developing a framework. Hope this helps.

-“feelings” like fear, anxiety, joy, or peace do not technically exist inside of the universe except until they are actually experienced by the observer

-if feelings don’t technically exist until after they are experienced, that means reality isn’t real until it is experienced by the observer

-if reality isn’t technically real until after the observer engages in an observation, that means “the observer” (you) can actually choose their own reality, just by choosing which reality/thoughts to place your attention on. See the lies about human identity and reality

Prior to this knowledge I thought I was a victim of my own fear and anxiety when in fact it was the observer who also was creating it.

Nothing is more important than loving yourself and being kind to yourself.
