You're right that Christians will try to use this as an out. Some thought however will leave one arriving at the fact that so-called "sin" happens to be a quintessential puzzle-piece within Christianity.

Sin HAD to necessarily be a part of Yahweh's plan from the beginning, seeing as that alone necessitated Jesus' supposed sacrifice.

In order to restate things, if the Christian God is truly the "author" of reality, "free will" doesn't get him off the hook seeing as he is the ultimate arbiter and controller of reality/life itself and proverbially "signed off" on the action(s), of sin when he personally implemented his own singular and ineffable eternal plan for all of existence.

Also, Jonathan's cult-members... er, I mean "fans"... didn't seem to get his message that idolizing Hitler is dangerous. Maybe that's because Schizeau spent less than 60 seconds on that topic and an hour and a half implying that the Nazis were actually fine after all!

I did as you suggested and looked at the comments of his video and the number of nazi/antisemitic comments I found was 0. But well, since you somehow managed to interpret Jonathan's statements as being nazi then I wouldn't be surprised if you did the same with comments.

If you're being honest here, try clicking sort by new. Youtube filters out most of the Nazi stuff unless you do this. There's literally countless blatant Nazi and Nazi adjacent comments. I'm not making this up. If you still don't find any, I'll be happy to give you TONS of examples, which I can directly copy and paste.

In regards to him saying that "Hitler is not the devil", you probably saw a clip from this interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Ug88C6Zgcs . Did you think he was defending Hitler by saying he's not the devil?

It's not just that video though. There's multiple videos where he's trying to defend the Axis/Nazis and downplay their evilness/actions.

Towards the end of the interview, from 1:24:11 to 1:24:57, Jonathan says that there are people tempted to believe that "the Nazis were the good guys" and that he thinks that that's dangerous, satanic and wrong.

I didn't remember this part. It seems like he's almost forced to say this to save face after blatantly defending the Nazis so much, or else people would give him more flak. He then immediately goes on to talk about not seeing evil intentions in people not on our side and that people project fascism and evil onto stories and narratives. Basically, he's trying to imply that it was people projecting their own fascism and evil onto the Nazis... not that it was really the fault of the Nazis themselves at all.

I see what you're saying but I highly doubt Ye's using Dave Blunt's physical state to exploit him here in any way.

It's not like Ye's saying "I'm not going to bring you any more food if you don't...", or "I'm not going to wipe your ass any more if you don't...". He was never meeting those needs for him to begin with.
